About refunds:


1. If the buyer needs to cancel the order before the seller completes the delivery, please contact the website customer service directly to apply for a cancellation of the order to get a refund quickly;


2. If the seller completes the delivery and the package is lost before it arrives at the customs of the destination country, please contact the website customer service directly to apply for a refund;


3. After the buyer receives the package, if the buyer does not want the product, please go directly to the website customer service to obtain the return address, the buyer needs to bear the return shipping cost and successfully send the product back to the seller's warehouse, after the warehouse verifies that the product is perfect, the buyer can get a refund of the order (the shipping cost is not refundable)


4. After receiving the package, the buyer finds that the seller sent the wrong goods, please contact the website customer service, after the warehouse checks, and confirms that the wrong goods are the facts, then the buyer does not need to return the goods and directly get a refund.


No refunds:


1. If the package arrives at the customs of the destination country and is held by the customs of the destination country, the buyer needs to bear the obligation of customs clearance, if the buyer passively clears the customs and causes the package to be detained or destroyed by the customs, the buyer needs to bear all the losses, and the order cannot be refunded.


2. The package arrives in the destination country and the package is waiting to be collected, because the recipient does not collect the package in time, the package is destroyed or lost, the buyer needs to bear all the losses, and the order cannot be refunded.


3. If the package arrives in the destination country and the buyer refuses to sign the package, resulting in the loss or destruction of the package, the buyer needs to bear all the losses, and the order cannot be refunded.


4. When the package arrives in the destination country and the buyer returns the package, the order cannot be refunded during the return of the package.

5. All products on this website do not contain customs duties, if the customs of the destination country needs to collect customs duties on the package, the buyer needs to bear the obligation to pay customs duties and customs clearance, if the package is held or destroyed due to customs duties, the buyer needs to bear all losses, and the order cannot be refunded.


About shipping costs:


1. If the order contains shipping costs, once the package arrives at the destination country's customs, the shipping costs of the order cannot be refunded for any reason.


2. If the order is sent incorrectly, the product is damaged (verification needs to be verified), and it is the seller's responsibility, then the shipping cost will be borne by the seller.


3. If the order is held by the customs of the destination country, the package has not been collected for a long time, resulting in return, or the buyer takes the initiative to return the goods, the transportation cost shall be borne by the buyer.


About Returns and Refunds:


1. The buyer can apply for a refund within 7 days from the successful delivery date of the package, and the order can be refunded when the package is successfully returned and the warehouse verifies that the product is perfect.


2. Once the parcel is delivered successfully and it has been 7 days, the order cannot be returned for a refund.
